NPC Rules

Alright the rules to having a NPC Are simple. The only people who can
create a NPC in a topic without creating one through the NPC Creation is
the Daimyo. Within the said Daimyos' village they are able to create up
to 20 NPC's each costing 5 lethality points. None of the NPC's created
can have a rank higher than ML:S. Each NPC can only have Starter
techniques.

All users are only allowed 5 NPC's for creation, What
level you can have them on depends on how many lethality points you are
willing to spend;

LL - W; free, A; free, S; 10 lethality points

ML - W; 15 lethality points, A; 40 lethality points, S; 50 lethality points

HL - W; 65 lethality points, A; 75 lethality points, S; 100 lethality points

MaL - W; 250 lethality points, A; 265 lethality points, S; 275 lethality points

Ranking up a NPC is possible, but it would require you do missions that require you have more than one person accompany you.

Your NPC's are only limited to starter Techniques, You cannot have them learn skills that cost lethality points.
