    When using Race Abilities such as Cero or Kido, Shunpo, Sonido ect ect.
    There will be a cool downs and/or limits to the abilities. This is to
    provent potential GM such as:
    1st post: Pikachu fired 500 bala shots at Charmander
    2nd post: Pikachu fired another 500 plus 1 bala shots at Charmander again, making him into swiss cheese.

    Shinigami

    Shunpo: Shunpo limits and cooldowns varies on your power level to get from point A to point B.
    Low Level - 5 uses at a time before a 4 post cooldown
    Based Level - 10 uses at a time before a 3 post cooldown
    Mid Level - 15 uses at a time before a 2 post cooldown
    High Level/Master Level - 20 uses at a time before a 1 post cooldown
    Almighty Level - Unlimited uses, limited to 10 per post
    Once all uses are used, you may no longer use Shunpo. You may charge
    up your reiryoku for 2 posts to reset your Shunpo uses in that or
    another topic. If the process is interrupted by reiatsu means, the
    charge will take another post unless it is physically, it will not
    affect the stack.

    Senkaimon Gate: Cannot be used during combat; cross of Human World to Soul Society only
    Limit: Depends on the amount of Hell-butterflies one has.

    Kido can fire 3 per post, after firing 9 in total there is a 3 post cooldown


    Shikai: Technique Drawbacks still apply but Shikai have no Duration or CD.

    Bankai: Technique Drawbacks still apply, Bankai lasts for 5 posts, the duration could be stretched for at least 3 more posts depending on the fight and automatically decreases to 3 while using a Hollow Mask

    Arrancar

    Bala:Can be shot 7 times, then a 1 post cooldown is required before being
    able to use again unless otherwise by an ability or effect.

    Cero:Can be fired once, then there is a 1 post cooldown before being able to
    use it again unless otherwise by an ability or effect.

    Gran Rey Cero: Only fired once, unless an ability or effect cause it to make the
    Espada shoot 2 (at max), if used in such a way the cooldown between them
    is 4 posts, while the charge is 1 post. -Available to only Espada and
    Privion Espada, destructive power determines on rank status. Though the
    power is enough to tear the fabric of space apart and disturb the
    atmosphere itself.
    *This attack cannot be countered or reflected. It ignores invulnerability as well.

    The Gran Rey Cero is Ranked:
    # 9 - 6: Destructive power rivals that of Hadou #81, 83, 86, 89 - May be stopped by Danku
    # 5 - 2: Destructive power rivals that of Hadou #96
    # 1 - 0: Destructive power rivals that of Hadou above #96.

    Priveron Espada who use GRC, are reduced to 50% the actual damage an Espada
    would inflict in corresponding to their previous numbers.

    #9 - 6: Destructive power rivals that of Hadou #40, 42, 43, 45
    #5 - 2: Destructive power rivals that of Hadou #48
    #1 - 0: Destructive power rivals that of Hadou #54

    Oscurus Cero is a cero only used by the first 4 Espada. This Cero can only be used once before obtaining a 1 post cooldown. The destructive force behind this cero rivals a level 90 Kido and can only be used by the user if they are in Segunda Epata mode

    Garganta: Not allowed to be used during combat; may lead anywhere.
    Limit: None; cannot be used during combat.

    Sonido: Sonido limits, like Shunpo, vary on your power limits
    Low Level - 5 uses at a time before a 4 post cooldown
    Based Level - 10 uses at a time before a 3 post cooldown
    Middle Level - 15 uses at a time before a 2 post cooldown
    High Level/Master Level - 20 uses at a time before a 1 post cooldown
    Almighty Level - Unlimited uses but limited to 10 uses per post.

    up your reiryoku for 2 posts to reset your Sonido uses in that or

    Ressureccion: Ressureccion lasts until the user is on the verge of Death or wills it, all technique Drawbacks still apply

    Segunda Epata: Users aren't granted any additional abilities, and this form lasts until the user wills it or is on the verge of death

    Hirenkyaku

    Low Level- 5 uses at a time before a 4 post cooldown
    Based Level - 10 uses at a time before a 3 post cooldown
    Middle Level - 15 uses at a time before a 2 post cooldown
    High Level/Master Level - 20 uses at a time before a 1 post cooldown
    Almighty Level - Unlimited uses but limited to 10 uses per post.
    They may recharge for 1 post to regain their Hirenkyaku to reset. If the process is interrupted by reiatsu means, the charge will take another post unless it is physically, it will not affect the stack.

    Ginto: They may use Ginto 3 times before a 3 post cooldown.

    Final Form: The Final Form is available once per Topic with a 10 post duration.

    Bountou

    Empowerment: by taking the souls of another character (NPC's do NOT count) Bounts may take on certain abilities of the race they absorbed with the usage split in half (ex. Regular arracanar can fire 14 bala before a cooldown, Bounts who have absorbed an Arrancar could only fire 7 bala before a cooldown); also Bount may only have 1 running flash-like step. No 1 Shunpo and 1 Sonido and 1 Hirenhyou.

    A Bount must absorb 4 of the race's member to gain a Captain level statistic ability.
    Quincy- Hirenkyaku, Enhanced stamina
    Vizard- Cero, Shunpo lvl 1; increases with each Vizard or Shinigami(4 max)
    Superhuman- Enhanced speed, stamina, spiritual power, strength
    Arrancar- Bala, Sonido lvl 1; increases with each Arrancar(4 max), Cero
    Shinigami- Shunpo lvl 1; increases with each Shinigami or Vizard(4 max), Enhanced spiritual power.

    Bito: Bounts may use Bito 4 times before a 2 post cooldown; and a sacrifice of a reproductive Bount.

    Fusion: Bounts are allowed to fuse with their doll for 3 posts and obtain a 2 post cooldown.

    Vizard

    Limit: N/A

    Kido: As Vizard are mainly Shinigami, their ability to use Kido remains unchanged. The limits and cooldowns of regular shinigami apply to Vizards.

    Shunpo: As Vizard are mainly Shinigami, their ability to use Shunpo remains unchanged. The limits and cooldowns of regular shinigami apply to Vizards.


    Mask Shielding: The Vizard's Mask appears on the body in places where there would normally be fatal wounds or burns.
