Each race has 5 signature disciplines. Here is an example of a Shinigamis' Disciplines:
Zanjutsu/Strength
Hoho/Speed
Reiryoku/Reiatsu
Kido
Hakuda
The value of these skills for your character will be determined by percentage which will represent proficiency. The limit to proficiency for all stats will be 125%. 125% Being, dare I say, better than perfect and 100% Being perfect.
Here is the reference chart for how to increase the proficiency in a skill;
Depending on what rank you are given when you join:
LL-W/A/S: 100% to divide among your disciplines
ML-W/A/S: 175% to divide among your disciplines
HL-W/A/S: 250% to divide among your disciplines
MaL-W/A/S: 325% to divide among your disciplines
AL-W/A/S: 500% to divide among your disciplines
Ah yes, you may have noticed that there isn't any distinction between W/A/S when you get your points. That's true, because if you are simply given the points to divide then you shouldn't have the luxury of having any advantages over others who earned the points in the same manner you have.
When you increase your tier level then you will obtain a certain number of points to distribute among the disciplines you trained in any of the training topics you made for your Rank up. An Admin/Moderator will decide how much your discipliens go up by judging your Topic. If you believe that you were judged unfairly you can have another administrator look at it.
